ALL CORVETTES SHOW

(This page will be updated as we near the show date.)

9:00 AM       Committee chairpersons and staff will meet to prepare for the show.

10:00 AM     Registration (10AM to Noon)

·        Badges will be issued at check-in to all pre-registered entries -- and to on-site registrations as long as supplies last.

·        One Goody Bag and one Event Tee Shirt will be given to the first 75 registered vehicles.

·        General announcements and music until noon.

12:00 PM      Introductions - Show hours are noon to 4:00 PM

·        Gene Clopton – Events Coordinator

o       Welcome & Opening statement

·        Planning Committee:

o       Members and volunteers

·        S.A.F.E. (Support for Abusive Family Emergencies)

o       Donations are accepted at the S.A.F.E. information tent.

·        National Corvette Museum Representative

o       (Invite for comments)

·        Corvette Clubs in Attendance

o       Announce Club Names and location.

·        List of Awards and Ballots are in the goody bags – 2 forms per Corvette.

       Awards ballots must be turned-in at the Trophies tent by 2:00 PM

·        Announce the afternoon schedule

·        Check the bulletin board at the main tent for door prizes.

o       Drawings will start at noon and continue throughout the show.

·        50/50 Drawing (50% to ticket holder/50% to S.A.F.E charity)

·        Disk Jockey, Food Vendor & other Vendors

1:00 PM        Recognize persons and companies making donations

                        Announce: Awards ballots must be turned-in at the Trophies tent before 2:00 PM.

                        1st Drawing for $100 Prize - only pre-registered Corvettes are eligible.

                        Sound-Off Award

·        Bring the cars to the front & leave them in-place for the show.

·        Audience votes by applause.

·        Award to be presented by Smokey Bear

2:00 PM        Announce: Silent Auction will close at 2:30 PM

                         Awards voting is closed.

2:30 PM        Announce: Silent Auction is closed.

                        Check for highest bidders and announce winners.



3:00 PM        Draw ticket and announce 50/50 WINNER

                        2nd Appearance by Smokey Bear

                        2nd Drawing for $100 Prize - only pre-registered Corvettes are eligible.

                        Awards Ceremony

                        Closing statements

                        Clean up help requested.
